I hope I haven't added any twice At my age, anything can happen! Hope everyone is ready for Thanksgiving. I think we are planning on going to a grandsons home, but it will depend on how we feel when we get up1
I was going to have my dear husband's 90th birthday party here with the kids, grand kids and great grand kids. But I decided I just couldn't do it this year. My health is not improving like I was hoping. My last trip to Dr. was demoralizing! My own Dr. wasn't in, or booked up or something so had to see the young one! He sat there and told me, I was getting old! As if I didn't know and feel that I was almost 87! My Mom said that Drs. didn't care when you got old, and I think she was a very smart woman. I will never go back to this one, that is for sure. He was a young pup and didn't know what feeling old and not feeling good with a bunch of problems was, I don't think!
Wow, didn't mean to rant! Sorry about that.
Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving and don't eat too much!

Hi MaDonna! That sounds like a great get-together for Thanksgiving. And wow, that's an awesome milestone for your husband hitting 90!
ReplyDeleteDoctors can be frustrating some times. I have had good luck with nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Both of those seem to spend more time with patients and are less "rushed" than doctors can be.
I wish you health and healing this November!
Hello Donna! So glad to read from you after your surgery. Was a bit worried about you. And I totally understand how frustrating this kind of doctors can be. Seems that a lot of doctors are the same all around the world. I'm really sorry you had a this demoralizing experience again.
ReplyDeleteI wish your husband a Happy Belated Birthday and many more years to come. π
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your beloved ones. π It's such a blessing that you have such a big sweet family.
And last but not least, thanks you so much for those gorgeous new cellphone wallpapers. Stunning work again, Donna. ☺️
All the best, health and happiness!
